the kogire are the small shoulder protectors, fixed on the watagami by hinges. Egawa is printed doe skin.

I am very "new" in the collection, I think I need to find a well detailed book on armor, there are so many names for each item ... When it comes to books, it will become a bit complicated.
There is hardly any „overall work“, but quite some interesting publications to read. Let me think about some suggestions....I hope at this point others chiming in

Unfortunately, the „Big mon-book“ I have (thanks to Jo!), has no accompanied translation. Hence cumbersome to work with...
