A fine menpo as we can expect from Yoshiomi.
The label confirms :’Yoshiomi menpo’ and 江戸時代 edo period.

hello Luc, thank you for your time. I couldn't find a signature on the metal of the menpo, but there is this label and the quality is there. I will post the photo of the armor on which is the menpo. cordial greetings, Michel

The label says 水戸 Mito, but that implies Edo Period.

Hello, thank you, it dates from the edo period? that's it? because that's what it seemed to me ... my difficulty is that I have to use the machine translation which may not necessarily be very accurate ..., I posted a photo of the armor ...

Hi and welcome Michel!

Yup, we roughly can put his creative period in the mid 19th century.
He was employed as an armorer by the Mito-Tokugawa in 1844. Beforehand, in 1834, he became “yagura-dōjin” (more or less a policeman in service of the bakufu).

Nice mask!

It seems to be a well made ryubu-menpô. Very likely late Myôchin school.....so why not?!
