Mischa, I hope that the air traffic controllers are not striking?

Luc, when the heat is on, such thoughts come up!

Yesterday I was worried about the same thing. My girlfriend is driving me to Gent we have to drive at 5 o clock in the morning to be on time.
Just in case there is trafficjam we booked a hotel in the centre of Gent on Monday.
So I will be on time at your hotel in the morning, around 8 oclock to join you all again for the aftermath.....

I'm here! Meeting up with Jo (and maybe Mark) shortly, then Jo and I will go to the airport to welcome our Japanese delegates.

Weather is beautiful - shaping up to be an exciting weekend!

Goodmorning in Aaaaamsterdam!
Welcome in my country!

The pictures look great John. I see that you all stay at the perfect spot in Amsterdam, middle of the nightscene!
You can go out to the famous Club Escape and crawl 10 seconds to your hotel 8-)
Many famous clubs from the 90s started around that square with worldwide famous DJ's.

Just a 5 minutes walk and you are in the biggest shoppingstreet of Amsterdam, the Kalverstraat.
20-30 minutes walk to my favourite Japanese antiquestore where I brought many many salaries to for my interior :D

I partly grew up at a canal in the centre of Amsterdam, if anyone wants to know anything, the antiquestreet of A'dam, the canals, musea or red light district  just ask me.... I know the Rijksmuseum well, you can't see all in one day. The Nachtwacht is most important with other famous paintings around but at the lower floor there are many nice things to see as well.... but there is much more......

See you all in Leiden in a couple of hours. Have a good breakfast.
Mischa
