wabi-sabi is also used on armor. Look at this Kato kabuto, worn, far from perfect, damaged.
Momoya, zen and beautifull.

There have been teaspoons made by Sen no Rikyu that have sold for huge amounts.

Sen no Rikyu's tea ceremony was influenced by the Christian mass ceremony. I find this an interesting detail. Nobunaga was very much interested in the European culture. Sen no Rikyu started his carreer in that period.
