Magazine #222 has been shipped today (By Asano san in NKBKHK HQ) to all JAS members.
All by airmail, except for those living in France, UK Germany as it is still impossible to send postal airmail it seems. Don't ask why, some things can not be understood.

The mail from Japan by EMS to Europe takes less than a week recently, but the other way round is three weeks to a month from the UK to Japan, (since last Christmas). Why?
